As of December 2022, approximately 1,150 homes had been completed with additional phases under construction. Active builders include Meritage Homes, Brohn Homes, Saratoga Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Chesmar Homes, Empire Communities, M/I Homes, Westin Homes, and Lennar. Homes range from approximately 1,240 to 3,300 square feet across three- to five-bedroom floor plans, with lot widths and architectural standards varying by builder section.
