Mystic Shores is a large master-planned community near the north shore of Canyon Lake, in the Spring Branch area of Comal County, Texas. Spanning roughly 7,000 acres with about 2,200 home sites and some 50 miles of interior roads, it is among the largest communities around Canyon Lake. The community is reached off FM 306 and is governed by the Mystic Shores Property Owners Association, of which every property owner is automatically a member.

The community offers an extensive set of amenities across several parks. Its Lake Park includes tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, sand volleyball, a walking path, picnic areas, and a swimming pool along the lake, while Dodder Park adds a second pool and pool house. Shoreline Park provides picnic areas beside a Canyon Lake boat ramp, and a nature preserve overlooks the Guadalupe River.
