Tivoli is a village within Travisso, a 2,100-acre master-planned community in Leander, Texas (Travis County). Travisso was developed by Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers, who purchased the property from The Lookout Group (developers of Steiner Ranch) in 2012-2013. Home construction began in April 2014. At buildout, the community is planned for more than 2,900 home sites, with over 350 acres of preserved open space, a 58-acre regional park, and 42 acres of commercial land.
Travisso is organized into Italian-themed villages including Tivoli, Calabria, Lombardy, Toscana, San Marino, Mirabella, Veneto, and Monterosa. Community-wide, homes range from approximately 1,777 to 6,911 square feet (median approximately 3,200 square feet) on lots from 0.08 to 1.35 acres. Lot width collections include Capri (50-foot), Siena (60-foot), Naples (70-foot), Florence (80-foot), and Verona (100-foot).
